How long should I book caricature entertainment for?
This will ultimately come down to your budget. How many people you wish to be drawn or how long you wish to entertain your guests.
Generally
For corporate functions Caricaturists are occasionally booked for the whole day. We are flexible enough to increase our hours if the need arises. Our caricaturists are often booked together. If it is a large function our caricaturists can work in different areas of a venue and ensure that most if not all who wish to be caricatured – are. (There will usually be a 2 hour minimum.)
At night functions our caricaturists might just be entertaining for three hours, or they might be entertaining all night – it all depends on the event planned.
Importantly, we are able to produce a themed stock to work on with the title of the event and your logos. This will give you years of advertising as people like to keep their caricature.
At trade shows and conferences: Whole day bookings work really well or we can be booked for your peak periods.
At engagement parties and weddings: The same applies. Work out your budget and the size you want our guys to work and we will tailor the event for you. We are open to new ideas so feel free to let us know what you would like. Our artist bring along our supplies and only require decent lighting to work beneath, maybe a table and chairs and a little bit of space. It is also important to announce our involvement – let the people know that our caricaturists are there and happy to perform.
The Cost.
The cost of a live caricature show ranges from $250 per hour depending on your requirements.
